The name "Chez Nomade" reflects both our French foundation and our international spirit. "Chez" anchors us in French culinary tradition, while "Nomade" speaks to our nomadic approach—both in the flavors we explore and in our pop-up format, bringing exceptional dining experiences to different venues.

Michel grew up in France, learning classical French techniques from his mother, who cooked French, Spanish, and Algerian cuisine. His culinary foundation was enriched by years living in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and California, where he absorbed techniques and flavors from Japan, Thailand, China, and Mexico.

Elena brings extensive hospitality experience, with a life journey that has taken her through Bulgaria, Russia, Germany, Turkey, and the United States. Her expertise in creating beautiful table settings and elegant atmospheres complements the culinary experience, ensuring every dinner is a complete sensory journey.

Together, we've dined at countless Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, experiences that have shaped our understanding of sophisticated, multi-course gastronomy. While we don't claim to match that level, we bring that same attention to detail and refinement to our intimate hosted dinners—offering something far beyond what standard restaurants provide in our area.

Our French fusion concept takes two forms:

We are always seeking the best authentic ingredients while maintaining consistency and quality. Every dinner is an opportunity to experience the world through an elegant French lens.

Currently, we host our dinners at the Gourmet Market, a charming café and grocery store in Boca Raton. As we grow, we'll partner with similar venues and are available for private parties—bringing our unique culinary experiences to intimate gatherings in homes throughout South Florida.
